DROPT.ae is a free property price intelligence platform that monitors, aggregates, and displays property listing price changes across Dubai's major real estate portals. The service is provided at no charge to users and is intended to be free permanently.

Our platform tracks price drops on residential and commercial properties across Dubai, aggregating publicly available listing data from third-party property portals and cross-referencing it with official records from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Users can browse price drop data, filter by area, property type, and drop percentage, and subscribe to email notifications for new price drops.

DROPT.ae is a data aggregation and price intelligence tool. We are not a licensed real estate agency, property broker, or financial adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes real estate, financial, investment, or legal advice.

All property data displayed on DROPT.ae is sourced from third-party property portals including, but not limited to, PropertyFinder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, as well as publicly accessible Dubai Land Department records. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any individual listing.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the data we display is accurate and up to date — including automated daily scans and cross-referencing — we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or reflective of current market conditions. Listing prices may change after our last update cycle. Properties displayed as having dropped in price may have since been relisted, removed, or repriced.

DROPT.ae makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any data presented on this platform. You should independently verify all property information directly with the listing agent, landlord, or the relevant property portal before making any real estate decision.

By accessing and using DROPT.ae, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use our service to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data in bulk; to reproduce, republish, or redistribute our aggregated data without prior written permission; to attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure; or to misrepresent data obtained from DROPT.ae to third parties.

You are solely responsible for any decisions — financial, real estate, or otherwise — made based on information obtained from DROPT.ae. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed real estate professional before entering into any property transaction.

If you subscribe to email notifications, you agree that your email address will be used solely to deliver price drop alerts as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

The DROPT.ae platform, including its design, layout, visual design system, compiled data sets, software, and original content, is owned by DROPT.ae and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The DROPT.ae name, logo, and visual identity are proprietary.

Underlying property listing data originates from third-party portals and remains the intellectual property of those respective sources. DROPT.ae claims no ownership over individual property listings, descriptions, or images sourced from third parties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the DROPT.ae platform or its compiled data without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial use — such as sharing individual property drop links — is permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, DROPT.ae, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on data accuracy, missed property opportunities, investment decisions, or service interruptions.

DROPT.ae is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for personal damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. As DROPT.ae is a free service, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed AED 100 (one hundred UAE Dirhams).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under UAE law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of DROPT.ae following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
